Your new role As D365 Developer , you will be responsible for building and supporting business applications using a combination of low-code solutions and custom code. You will work closely with the Technology team and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for a variety of business areas, including Field Services, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and more. Your role will involve not only creating new applications and features but also providing ongoing support and enhancements to existing solutions. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management and optimisation of Dynamics 365 applications, including system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and design viable solutions. Work through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to implement, test, and release changes to the D365 applications. Act as the lead point of contact for production issues, analysing and resolving technical problems swiftly. Participate in the design, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. Qualifications The successful candidate will hold a Degree in Information Technology or another closely related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE solutions. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM security and administration. Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM using tools such as Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and general Azure services. Proficiency in data migration for Dynamics 365. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps. Experience in Dynamics 365 Apps, including Customer Service, Sales and Field Services modules.
