As the Senior Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes through data science. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data science team. Drive commercial outcomes by embedding data-driven decision-making across the business. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, influencing strategy through data insights. Work with technical and non-technical teams to translate data science models into actionable business strategies. Stay hands-on with Python and data science best practices, guiding technical direction where necessary. Champion a commercially focused data culture within the team, ensuring insights are not just produced but leveraged effectively. About You: Proven experience in a senior data science leadership role, ideally within a commercial or retail environment. Strong ability to translate complex data science concepts into business-friendly insights. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills – comfortable engaging with senior leadership. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and modern data science methodologies. A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering real business impact.
