Senior Delivery Manager | Digital Banking Our Delivery function within the Digital Bank manages the end-to-end delivery of prioritised initiatives that enhance the user experience for Personal and Business Banking. The role is aligned with the Digital team within the D3E Banking Financial Services division, encompassing Digital, Engineering, and Channel platforms, teams, and stakeholders. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving discovery and delivery outcomes, aligning requirements with UX and technical design, and leading virtual teams in an agile manner. You will oversee road mapping, detailed delivery planning, and cost-benefit presentations, ensuring go-live readiness and approvals. Your role will involve implementing, adapting, and evolving delivery methods and standards to achieve successful project outcomes. What you offer Proven experience in end-to-end delivery roles, with a strong understanding of digital experience design and technical capabilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently at all levels, with skills in recrafting updates across various stakeholders. Experience in implementing agile principles and delivery methods to meet timelines and milestones. Strong leadership presence and personality, capable of leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
