Our Health Service is expanding and so is our Oral Health Team! This role is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive specialist orthodontic services to eligible paediatric clients within the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service catchment. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent contemporary evidence-based orthodontic care. Co-ordination, planning and treatment of orthodontic cases in a multi-disciplinary team where all members work to the top of their scope. Commitment to personal continuing professional development. Commitment to guiding the professional development of the oral health team, by mentoring and developing team members. Ability to work as a team member and build relationships to achieve the goals of the work unit. Possession of high-level communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise and consult with all levels of staff and students, and to deal with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
