Job Description
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. Brisbane City Fringe, with WFH flex Contract until June 30 with possible extensions Our client is a large government department, seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to lead the operation, management, and optimisation of our managed operating environment and deployment function. You'll work closely with stakeholders and service delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment between business needs and service delivery. Provide technical leadership in EUC operations and deployment. Optimise systems to enhance user experience, security, and efficiency. Analyse compliance reports and adoption trends to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and system issues in production environments. Manage and optimise the Managed Operating Environment (MOE) with a focus on security, compatibility, patching, and compliance. Provide strategic advice on technical direction and platform management for SCCM and Intune. Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and governance frameworks for SCCM/Intune operations. Oversee incident management, ensuring timely resolution and proactive risk assessment. Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to enhance service delivery. Microsoft deployment and EUC management (SCCM, Intune).
