About the Role As a Senior Development Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end case management to ensure the seamless delivery of essential infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive project coordination and support through our case management platform, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Maintaining case management documentation with a strong focus on quality control. Facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design approval issues, helping developers stay on track with their project deadlines. Reviewing case documents in compliance with Sydney Water’s policies, procedures and guidelines. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Calculating and issuing Infrastructure Contributions with precision and accountability. About You We are looking for a proactive, solutions-driven professional with: Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver results. A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. University/TAFE graduates are encouraged to apply! Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse options and provide strategic recommendations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. The ability to assess and review key documents, including commercial deeds, designs, funding/procurement packages, and finalisation packages. Knowledge of infrastructure servicing types (water, wastewater, stormwater, recycled water) would be beneficial. Why Join Us?
