Job Description

Our Client: An established and well-capitalized private developer with a solid track record. They have a significant pipeline of development projects and due to growth are seeking Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to join their team. The Role: This is a true end-to-end development role which will see you managing 2-4 projects at any one time from acquisition through delivery. Projects size can range from 200 lots to large multistage masterplan communities. As DM/SDM you will ensure projects run on time, to budget whilst maximizing revenue opportunities. Skills and Experience Required: To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience working across development projects within MPC or land subdivisions. End-to-end development experience is ideal however those with either front end or delivery experience are also encouraged to apply.
