ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and aspirational individual to join our Cotton On team as a Senior Digital Designer. You will support your team to execute a world-class design experience across our global portfolio including web, mobile, and email and collaborate with the Marketing and VM teams to ensure brand consistency for the effective digital delivery of brand communication strategies. Key areas of responsibility include: Monthly campaign global digital rollout Global eDMs and modules Global website assets (home page, landing pages, product listing page banners, ads) Third-party website assets, affiliate banners Social marketing assets (Paid social and organic) Global rollout of campaigns, promotions, sale as required to ensure all creative is consistent, highly polished, and on brand Collaborate with developers to improve usability If you are someone who is passionate about creating state-of-the-art digital experiences for customers, then this could be your new role. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Design, Digital Design 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, with knowledge of UX/UI and design fundamentals Experience in producing high volume, on-brand global eDMs and modules with the ability to interpret creative briefs Expert knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Adobe AfterEffects Exceptional creative design skills, eye for content quality, creative typographic and crafting skills Strong organisation, planning, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to produce high-quality artwork within tight timeframes ** Please attach folio/examples of your work in your application** OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative, and, most importantly, ethical.
