Experience & Qualifications Over 10 years of M&A experience, preferably within Technology and/or Tech Enabled Services. Proven track record with a strong, relevant deal sheet and demonstrated origination capabilities. Expertise in managing deal teams and executing transactions end-to-end, including: Preparing Information Memorandums and financial models. Participating in management/buyer meetings. Negotiating offers and managing due diligence processes and transaction documentation. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to identify and develop both buy- and sell-side opportunities. Lead the execution of transactions, including the preparation of pitches, Information Memorandums, and financial models. Conduct target and acquirer screening. Participate in management/buyer meetings, address Q&As, and negotiate offers. Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, such as NDAs. Facilitate buyer-seller interactions, including roadshows and conference calls. Prepare meeting notes, management questionnaires, and other key documentation. Oversee the due diligence and transaction documentation process. Skills & Attributes Exceptional communication skills and a strong grasp of corporate finance principles. Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques. Extensive experience in preparing Information Memorandums. Ability to multitask and independently execute multiple mandates. Expertise in negotiating offers, deal structures, transaction documents, and all key elements of deal considerations in M&A and fundraising processes.
