The Role We’re looking for a Senior Director of Solution Engineering to lead and develop a high-performing team across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically proficient leader with expertise in data-driven digital marketing solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive technical strategy and ensure the successful execution of innovative projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of solution engineers and a team of BI experts across APAC. Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop customized solutions. Shape technical strategy by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Oversee project execution to maintain quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Support pre-sales efforts by working closely with sales teams to craft compelling proposals. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience in solution engineering or architecture within an agency environment. 5+ years of leadership experience managing diverse, distributed teams (15+ members). Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and software development best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with a commercial mindset. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) is a plus. What’s in It for You? Competitive salary package.
