What will this role achieve? This role will require a strong understanding of the UK shopper and a deep knowledge of the UK’s customer landscape, with the objective of delivering timely shopper display plans to drive distribution, shopper conversion and customer engagement for our pladis brands along the path to purchase in-store across all channels that we operate within. The Senior Display Manager is accountable for developing the secondary display solutions (permanent and semi-permanent), media execution production, and management of our external partners to ensure pladis is delivering best-in-class display executions. What will be your key deliverables? Display strategy: Execute annual display strategy that drives pladis visibility and presence in all sales channels as crafted by Shopper Marketing Director. Display execution: Work in partnership with our POS suppliers to deliver impactful and engaging secondary and permanent display solutions plans alongside the Shopper Marketing Managers and account team. Insights, analysis and reporting: Lead full evaluations on key secondary siting campaigns to drive continuous improvement through review & evolve principles to drive profitability of pladis displays. Transformation/simplification: Lead the business agenda for driving & delivering an efficient and ultimately cost-effective secondary siting plan. Bring your experience. Commercial experience An excellent understanding of FCMG Display strategies, principles & execution Strong experience in dealing with shopper marketing agencies & print manufacturers Robust knowledge of the Retail Trade across all Channels Proven experience of leading, developing and deploying Business Plans that deliver effective business results Strong leadership & communication skills, ideally with experience of managing 3rd party suppliers What does pladis offer you?
