The Role Are you a seasoned Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant (Lead) who enjoys both hands-on development and leading technical direction for projects? Do you thrive in making key technical decisions, guiding teams on best practices, tooling, and implementation approaches? If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and engaging with clients, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Leading technical direction across projects—guiding tooling choices, development standards, and best practices Driving hands-on development in Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem & online) using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure Making key technical decisions on integrations, performance, and scalability Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Mentoring developers and fostering a high-performing technical team Ensuring technical quality across implementations, security, and maintainability What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Technical Lead in Dynamics CRM projects Expertise in on-premise and cloud (online) Dynamics environments Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure Ability to drive technical decisions on tooling, frameworks, and DevOps practices Experience with plugins, workflows, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate Excellent communication skills—comfortable in a client-facing, consulting environment Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and ALM for Dynamics - desirable Prior consulting or professional services experience What makes us a great place to work?
