What You’ll Do Collect and consolidate Ramsay’s sustainability (ESG) data from our regional teams for use in our group external reports, including the Impact Report and upcoming mandatory Sustainability Report. Lead improvements in sustainability data processes and systems globally and at regional levels including ensuring effective data governance to support assurance requirements. Assist in preparing Ramsay for the new Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), including involvement in a wide range of associated projects. What You’ll Bring Strong computer skills, including data analysis and modelling. University degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, IT, engineering). 4-8 years of post-graduate experience in financial reporting, accounting, or other data-heavy fields (e.g., IT, engineering). Solid understanding of systems used for sustainability reporting (e.g., financial ERP, procurement, payroll, clinical) and the ability to turn raw data into meaningful analysis and reports. Experience with ASX-listed external reporting (financial or sustainability), sustainability, and financial control risk management is a plus, but not required.
