In this role you will play a crucial part in overseeing the product lifecycle of all service-related incidents and requests throughout the Crown Resorts Group. Key Responsibilities Proactively monitor infrastructure to ensure system performance is efficient and effective and is aligned with industry best practice to deliver optimal performance. Analyse user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing end-user computing services. Efficient troubleshooting and remediation of faults or incidents of supported infrastructure and systems, to ensure business continuity is maintained on a 24/7 basis. About you You’ll bring the following: Strong senior EUC engineer experience, ideally in a large complex organisation. Great understanding of IT infrastructure and project management skills. Advanced experience of Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management, Office 365 Enterprise platform, Azure Active Directory, VDI and MDM. Strong communication and relationship building skills to maintain stakeholder relationships across the business.
