CQUniversity is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Educational Developer to join our Learning and Teaching Futures Directorate and play a pivotal role in advancing VET educator capability, innovation, and student success across our diverse campus network. Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian VET system, including quality practices and legislative provisions. Australian Training and Assessment qualification(s), i.e., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education. Proficiency in emerging learning technologies (e.g., virtual/augmented reality, mobile learning). Strong understanding of industry workforce requirements and ability to support curriculum design for work-ready VET graduates.
