The Role Provide high quality workplace relations advice, assistance and guidance at all levels across the organisation Manage and respond to a vast array of employee and industrial relations matters, including handling of disputes and grievances that arise across the workplace Work closely with colleagues on key projects including enterprise bargaining, policy reviews, Fair Work Commission matters and dispute resolution. Manage day-to-day employee and industrial relations issues. This position will play a key role to ensure the organisation complies with legal obligations and mitigates both IR/ER risks. Ability to monitor and analyse industrial/ workplace issues, trends, case law and legislative changes Qualification Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law and training in a related field Demonstrated experience in industrial relations in a complex environment. Highly developed oral and written communication and negotiation skills, and ability to draft in a clear and comprehensive style. Strong technical experience providing high level advice across the employment/industrial relations space. Demonstrated experience managing and engaging with individual employees, their representatives and organisational stakeholders.
