Location: Australia, SydneyCompany: Toyota Finance Australia Six-month contract As Senior Enterprise Risk Advisor, you will provide support for the oversight and governance for the facilitation and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor TFA’s operational risks.You will oversee the Second Line of Defence assurance reviews, the annual Stress Test exercise, and managing the Macro Risk management activities. This includes updating the Recession Playbook and presenting findings to the Senior Executive Team (SET). Job role: Collaborate with other business units and lead the annual Stress Test exercise and Macro risk management activities. Contribute to maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework including the governance structure, processes, policy and roles and responsibilities. Lead second line controls assurance reviews across various business units in TFA and manage stakeholder engagements, where required. Ensure that risks, control deficiencies, and countermeasures identified in these assurance reviews are properly captured in the risk register. Manage business stakeholder engagement, at varying levels of seniority, to support a risk culture in which risk awareness and thinking are built into day-to-day business decisions. Contribute towards changes to improve the business utilising Kaizen methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
