The Company: This leading events agency in Sydney delivers some of the best creative events in Australia! This agency operates with the belief that how a brand communicates is not built around what they say, but the experiences that they create and share with audiences. They are looking for a Senior Event Producer to join their team! Position Terms: Full-Time Permanent Role, working 5 days in the office Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus super Weekend and outside of hours work required for events The Role: The Senior Event Producer will report to the General Manager and be responsible for producing and delivering complex, medium to large scale projects for clients. The Senior Producer will also lead and manage an events team on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee the end-to-end management and production of events and experiences for clients. Driving and managing the creative concept development of our projects including production feasibility, options, suppliers, technology solutions for proposals. Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning. Driving and delivering all the event logistics and managing of the project. Client relationship management and communications. Budget development, management and reconciliation. Developing and managing timelines, run sheets, and contracts. Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts. Managing delivery of live events including structural builds and live event production. Manage on-site staff and suppliers as well as speakers and performers. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have experience working as an event producer within an experiential and/or creative agency. Experience working and collaborating with high-profile clients is essential for this role. Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills. Experience working in production and understanding of how campaigns and the client timeline works is a must. Be highly motivated and results-driven with exceptional organisational skills. Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience. Creative with an ability to work with a client on a brief and then be able to bring this to life within an event or campaign. You must have sensational communication skills, be extremely well presented and have that perfect combination of time management skills and attention to detail. Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results-driven. Be proactive and able to make decisions. Sound budget management experience. Sound judgement and decision making. Ability to work from the office 5 days a week. Ability to work outside of normal hours when required.
