Senior Facilitator | Kurrajong First Contact - Employment Preparation | Griffith Who are we? Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.About The Opportunity We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Employment Preparation team and deliver the Youth Employment Support course, designed for people with disability to help them develop job skills and transition from school into the workforce.Responsibilities As a Senior Facilitator , you’ll provide training, support, and guidance to a small team and clients while ensuring the smooth operation of our Griffith service. Reporting to the Employment Preparation Coordinator, key responsibilities include:Oversee and deliver the Youth Employment Support course to school leavers and young adults with disability transitioning to work. Work closely with the Employment Preparation Coordinator to monitor client outcomes toward their goals and team capacity. Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools and businesses, sourcing work placements and ensuring they have a clear understanding of Kurrajong’s services and supports. Attend marketing expos and events as required to promote Kurrajong’s programs and services to people living with disability and their families.
