Job Title Senior Facilities Coordinator Job Description Summary We’re seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of hard and soft services at our Sydney commercial site. You’ll manage planned and reactive maintenance, vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance while ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver preventative and reactive facility management. Manage operational budgets, compliance, and asset life cycles. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Oversee contractor induction and supervision. Conduct property audits and ensure certification compliance. Provide timely reporting on SLA performance and vendor governance. About You: Experience in facilities management or corporate real estate. Strong client and vendor management skills. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office; tertiary qualifications preferred. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
