The Role: You will be responsible for the Facilities Management for the Retail network. The position requires balancing exceptional customer service delivery with effective building operations management to create an optimal workplace environment for Client employees and visitors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Implement a preventative and planned maintenance program to minimise maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimising the risk of plant failure. Ensure that the team implements the operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintained Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the sites ensuring initiatives are implemented in all relevant sites to maximise the benefits for the client Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance Ensure all reactive maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes Ensure all financial management budgets, accruals, tracking and reporting requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner Assist in the implementation of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental Ensure critical operations and sites are closely monitored across the region Ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems. Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence across the portfolio What you will bring Proven experience in Facilities Management in a corporate environment at a senior level Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building client relationships Hands-on approach to problem solving with capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team Technical Qualifications and/or trade experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics or fire services.
