This is an exciting opportunity for aSenior Associate - Special Counsel Family Lawyer with at least five years of post-admission experience to join our client’s Sydney office. You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice across a range of family law matters, including:Divorce and separation Property settlements and financial agreements Parenting disputes and child support matters De facto and same-sex relationship matters Relocation and intervention orders In this role, you will work closely with a national team of experienced family lawyers, manage your own caseload, and contribute to business development through strong client relationships and referral networks.
