Job Description Senior Finance Analyst - Spirits/RTD As the Senior Finance Analyst, you will be required to provide effective finance business partnering support to Finance and Operational stakeholders and play a pivotal role in supporting the Pinnacle business through providing accurate and insightful financial and commercial reporting and analysis to support key decisions, as well as the planning and reporting processes. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Business partner with the Pinnacle Head of Sourcing for Beverages, Business Development Managers in the measurement and realisation of business targets Delivery of presentations to senior stakeholders ie. Weekly sales reporting, Monthly BPRs, ad hoc business insights Management of the budget and forecast process for the category, whilst maintaining an independent view of the key metrics ie. Sales growth, COGS drivers, GP and mix Delivery of Beer/Spirits category financial targets for P&L, and working capital, identification of risks and opportunities, and development of growth and mitigation plans Deep dive assessment of Beer/Spirits portfolio performance through diagnostics on performance vs plan & LY, assessing both promotional effectiveness and buy side/sell side impacts on GP (incl FX and drivers) Driving and leading the implementation of opportunities for enhanced reporting and facilitating stakeholder adoption Scenario analysis and business modelling for potential business opportunities Strategic Management - Strategy Development & Planning Commercial Insight - Analysis & Insights Proactively contribute and drive towards a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications Now let’s talk about you: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills Advanced analytical and problem solving skills Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically Degree qualification and CA/CPA. Minimum of 3 years commercial finance experience Advanced systems skills - SAP ERP & BI, Googlesheet Advanced Excel capability Retail or drinks industry experience desirable Additional Information The benefits are good too!
