The Role: As a Senior Broker, your natural sales ability, energy, and enthusiasm will be your greatest assets. You’ll be responsible for actively listening to clients, truly understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best financial solutions. Prior asset finance experience is required, as you will be required to be a product knowledge expert within the team with an opportunity to move into a management role within 3-6 months. What We’re Looking For: A natural salesperson with high energy, passion, and enthusiasm. Proven experience in asset finance and/or commercial lending. A track record of success in broking, sales, or lending. Exceptional ability to connect with people from all walks of life. A talent for active listening and truly understanding clients’ needs.
