Senior Finance Manager - ASX Real Assets Investment Capstone Sydney, New South Wales, Australia This range is provided by Capstone. Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Our client is a high profile, ASX listed Investment Group that manage, develop, and invest in high quality Real Estate & Infrastructure assets through a variety of listed and wholesale funds. Highly acquisitive and with an exceptional development pipeline, they continue to deliver outstanding returns for both their investors and the community. The Role As a high-profile leader of the Transactions & Reporting team, you’ll provide commercial and technical support to the broader finance community and business across the application of accounting policy, financial reporting requirements and in support of M&A and Development activity. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Deliver practical, relevant and commercial financial accounting solutions to achieve strategic and financial objectives. Provide transaction support on asset and corporate (M&A) transactions across the Group including leading financial due diligence and impact assessments. Proactively manage central reporting timetables. Delivery of Board papers. Assess impact of new accounting standards and assist their implementation across the platform. Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required. The Successful Candidate: Demonstrated experience in technical accounting/reporting role within listed or chartered. Strong technical accounting & analytical skills. Thorough understanding of Australian Tax & Accounting standards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent team leadership, management, and coaching skills.
