What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA qualified or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently, managing multiple deadlines. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You as part of tonies: We are expanding our operations into Australia and New Zealand and are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the preparation of monthly management accounts, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording transactions, disbursements and receipts and month-end reconciliations, and maintaining the fixed assets register. Additionally, this role will require a proactive approach to managing budgeting and management reporting functions. Candidates must be based in Australia. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: 1. Monthly Management Accounts Prepare Balance Sheet & P&L statements. Ensure accurate transaction recording and month-end close with HQ. 2. Fixed Assets & Accruals Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records. Manage accruals and align with budget forecasts. 3. Accounts Payable & Payments Oversee payment runs, cash management, and vendor compliance. Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies. 4. Financial Control, Budgeting & Forecasting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strengthen financial controls and process improvements. 5. Management Reporting Provide financial reports and insights for decision-making. Support performance metrics and strategic planning. 6. Compliance, Audits & Finance Projects Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits. Assist in ERP system implementation with HQ. #J-18808-Ljbffr
