You will contribute significantly to the mission of driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional financial outcomes. Responsibilities: Overseeing financial planning, analysis and budgeting. Providing strategic insights and commercial support to Construction Project Directors and Managers. Leading the implementation of new financial procedures for business growth initiatives. Identifying trends in financial performance and supporting management in achieving targeted outcomes. Offering financial assessment and advice on business proposals and initiatives. Ideal Candidates Will Possess: Big Four or Blue Chip Graduate Trained CA/CPA or equivalent Experience in finance and business performance analysis. Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Proven leadership experience in dynamic environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse groups. Advanced technical accounting expertise and analytical skills.
