What you'll do: As the Senior Finance Manager for the Group Supply Chain, your role will be pivotal in providing financial insights and support to optimise procurement and supply chain operations. You will ensure cost efficiency and strategic value by conducting regular performance analyses, developing complex financial models, and identifying areas for further cost savings and efficiency improvements. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Business partnering with the GM Group Supply Chain & CPO. Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement performance analysis. Developing and maintaining complex financial models to support procurement and supply chain decision-making. Providing analysis & insights into performance, including benchmarking and comparisons to drive continual improvement. Preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. Assisting in the preparation and execution of improvement plans to drive 'better than budget' outcomes. What you bring: As the ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience in financial analysis, particularly within procurement and supply chain functions. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by your proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively present complex information to senior management. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment makes you an asset to any team. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., qualified CA or CPA) preferred. Experience in financial analysis, preferably with knowledge of procurement and supply chain functions. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
