This part time Senior Financial Accountant role offers an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and dependable individual to ensure the efficient, ethical, and compliant operation of their legal practice. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of the business, including financial management, human resources, operations, compliance, strategic planning, technology and information management, and administrative support. What you'll do: Manage the financial aspects of the firm, including budgeting and financial reporting. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for legal staff. Handle day-to-day operational aspects such as office management, facilities, and technology. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Join the firm's leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. Oversee the adoption and utilisation of technology tools within the firm. Oversee administrative staff responsible for tasks like scheduling, document management, and client intake processes. Involve in marketing and business development efforts to attract new clients and grow the firm's client base. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification as an Accountant. Previous experience in a similar role within the services industry. Knowledge of financial management principles and practices. Experience in human resources management including recruitment and onboarding processes. Understanding of operational aspects such as office management and facilities management. Familiarity with legal industry regulations and codes of conduct. Experience in strategic planning and business development. Proficiency in using technology tools for streamlining legal processes.
