Senior Financial Analyst - Property Development Group Qualified Sydney Permanent / Full Time Job Description ABOUT THE COMPANY & ROLE: We are excited to exclusively partner with a leading specialist in their industry, who has seen impressive growth over the past few years and continues to secure exciting projects. As a result of their ongoing success and expanding operations, they are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the CFO, this is a critical role in the business in providing the senior leadership team visibility on the financial performance of the projects and the business overall. Working closely with senior leaders of the organisation, you will be instrumental in being the key adviser to the CFO as well as working cross-functionally with the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ownership of month-end cycle for group consolidation Prepare monthly and quarterly business reporting Preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasting (P&L / Cashflow) Development of project accounting to report all project-related costs Provide insights through financial models that support the capital management strategy Assist the acquisition team with financial modelling Hands on with policy and process creation of a growing business SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: CA or CPA Qualified Experience in a residential property development organisation is preferred Strong financial modelling with advanced Excel skills and business partnering experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail Confidently engage in discussions with key stakeholders with the ability to build effective working relationships If this sounds like a good fit and the right next opportunity for you then please click the Apply for this job link below and include an updated CV quoting reference 3869153.
