Base pay range A$110,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr As a Senior Analyst, ECDD, you will contribute to ensuring our clients' gaming finance operations remain compliant with regulatory standards. You will support the review of high-risk customers, analyse transactions, and assist in identifying and mitigating potential financial crime risks. Key Responsibilities Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and support enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews on higher-risk customers. Review customer information, source of funds, and transaction patterns to identify potential concerns. Assist in assessing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) risks related to player activity. Ensure customer files and documentation align with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Escalate findings to senior team members and contribute to the development of risk-mitigation measures. Stay informed on developments in financial crime regulations impacting the gaming and gambling industry. What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in AML, ECDD, Financial Crime, or Compliance, ideally within gaming, fintech, or banking. Familiarity with risk-based approaches to AML and customer risk profiling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret customer data and documentation. Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) are advantageous but not required. Join a growing sector where compliance is central to business success.
