As a Senior Foreman you will work directly with the Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of a vast range of projects across Canberra. You will be responsible for leading the site team to ensure that all site activity is being completed efficiently, safely, and on budget.Duties. Manage Sub-contractors and Tradesmen Aid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flow Oversee onsite safety requirements Structures and finishes Skills & Experience. Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesively Ability to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractors Demonstrated project experience above $10M Culture. A highly enthusiastic and energetic team that thrives on challenging tasks. Senior management takes a hands-on approach to the development of their staff and heavily invests in regular training seminars to provide career progression opportunities.
