Senior Fulfillment and Client Services Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize efficiency across Client Services, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Stock Management for our biotechnology client. In this role, you will oversee large teams and ensure operational accuracy while maintaining optimal stock levels. You will lead a team of around 20 personnel across multiple operational functions with 4 direct reports. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the onboarding and introduction of new products Forecast demand and plan product supply to meet business needs Manage consignment and inventory planning strategies Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Lead analytics, reporting, and sales performance analysis Engage with distributors and analyze market trends Lead and manage teams Skills & Qualifications: Degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, including warehousing, logistics, transportation, inventory control, and customer service Experience in financial and accounting reporting This newly created opportunity is based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and offers the chance to take charge of key business operations while driving the company’s growth.
