We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us scale our platform, enhance our existing product stack, and drive the development of new solutions. As a senior engineer at iDU, you’ll be at the forefront of both greenfield projects and ongoing improvements to our core platform. You’ll design, build, and optimise new features, improve system performance, and ensure our platform scales to support increasing demand. You'll also play a key role in maturing our software development lifecycle, helping refine our software change and release management processes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full stack, contribute to technical decision-making, and help shape the future of identity technology. What we are looking for: We’re looking for an experienced software engineer with at least 5–10 years in the industry, capable of building and maintaining high-quality applications in production environments. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant qualifications. Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear estimations and progress updates. Proven experience managing and maintaining applications in production environments. Extensive experience with Node.js and TypeScript in a professional setting. Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless or GCP Serverless (both preferred but not required). Proficiency in React—this is essential. Experience with React Native or Next.js is a bonus but not required. A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. A focus on code reviews and adherence to coding standards. Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with GitHub Actions (preferred but not required).
