Your role: Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Brisbane CBD. The Senior Functional Consultant will be involved in delivering projects to customers on either Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. This will include being actively involved in each of the project phases and providing valuable inputs, based on experience to achieve the required project objectives. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements. Participate in the presales process in assessing customer needs vs platform capability. Lead client discovery sessions to develop a clear understanding of the requirements, and the right solution fit for the client’s needs. Functional solution design and proposal writing. Post-implementation support, including system testing, user training, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions. What skills you will bring to the team: Strong experience delivering software solutions across Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Ideally five plus years’ experience in functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Demonstrated knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, project management, pre-sales and account management, strategic analysis and planning. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading consulting engagements. Able to lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
