Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience preferably with domain skills in Devices or SPM. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will contribute significantly to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and design of complex business processes and systems. Oversee the implementation of solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards in the Devices or SPM domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes. Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the desired outcomes. Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization. Support the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for future projects. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Devices or SPM domain. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Show ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Display strong organizational and time management skills. Be adaptable and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment. Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or Six Sigma. Nice to have experience with Agile methodologies. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
