Senior Hairdresser and 3rd year Apprentice Hairdresser About the role Antonio's hair design is seeking both an experienced Senior Hairdresser and a motivated 3rd year Apprentice Hairdresser to join our dynamic team in our salon located in the heart of Perth. As a casual role, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work hours that suit your lifestyle. What you'll be doing Providing a full range of hairstyling services, including cutting, colouring, and applying treatments Offering personalised consultations to understand each client's unique needs and preferences Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior stylists and apprentices Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon What we're looking for For the Senior Hairdresser role: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the hair and beauty industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional hairstyles and customer service For the Apprentice Hairdresser role: A passion for the hair and beauty industry, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients A creative flair and an eye for detail A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends What we offer At Antonio's hair design, we are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where our employees can thrive.
