Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents. Key Responsibilities Nursing Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident information. Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Education and Training: Educate and train unregulated care workers on nursing procedures and best practices. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including assessments, progress notes, and medication administration. Ongoing Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Registration: Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Experience: Minimum of one year experience in Geriatric Nursing, Healthcare, and/or Rehabilitation as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). Safety Clearance: Successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
