You will care for and continue to enhance our high-quality, residential gardens, with the utmost attention to detail. You will need to be a team player and pass on knowledge to colleagues/apprentices to ensure the highest standard is achieved. The right candidate will progress to lead and supervise the whole maintenance division. Your Skills / Experience Min 3 years experience in the horticulture industry and/or tertiary qualification in horticulture. Experience in team leading/supervising. Outstanding work ethics. Outstanding plant knowledge. Experience with: Formative pruning & tree pruning Pest, weed & disease identification & control Programmed fertilising Mulching Automated irrigation system check & repair Additional planting, improvements & transplanting Lawn installation & care including edging Timber deck maintenance Motivated, hardworking and reliable with excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette. Approaching all tasks at hand in a positive and professional manner. Driving license. An eye for detail. We Offer Full-time role, available for immediate start.
