Job Description

Blunomy Australia is seeking a Senior Human Resources to lead strategic HR and office management initiatives in Australia and potentially across the APAC region. As a seasoned professional, you will drive HR excellence, contribute to organisational growth, and foster a vibrant and engaging workplace culture. This is a critical role in shaping our people and operational strategies while supporting our mission of driving the energy transition. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with leadership, influence decision-making, and implement policies that empower our teams. Your day-to-day contribution can be discussed depending on your strengths and experience. Key activities may include: Strategic HR Leadership : Oversee talent acquisition across Australia and APAC, including recruitment strategy development, candidate evaluation, and seamless onboarding. Support design and implement HR policies, including performance management frameworks, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Advise leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and HR compliance matters. Employee Engagement and Development : Champion initiatives that foster employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Lead team-building programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition strategies to nurture a motivated and high-performing workforce. Involve with broader HR global activities. Office and Operations Management : Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows and vendor management. Assist with visa and work permit applications. Compliance and Risk Management : Manage visa processes, workplace compliance, and timesheet accuracy. Organisational Culture and Branding : Create an inspiring and positive work environment that aligns with Enea’s values. Optional: Implement marketing initiatives in Australia, including social media strategy. Project and Resource Planning (optional): Support leadership in staffing projects and resource allocation across teams. Location: Melbourne or Sydney Salary: Depending on experience Work type: Part Time: 3-4 days/week (preferably spaced out, e.g., Tuesday/Thursday) to start with, to be reassessed regularly depending on activity. As the ideal candidate, you will be personable, friendly, and progressive to support the organisational effectiveness and efficiency of our growing team and offices. More specifically, we are looking for someone with: Experience as an Office Manager or a role in HR or recruitment for at least five years. Strong communications and community building skills. Excellent people skills. Strong organisational skills (taking meeting minutes, identifying follow-up actions, etc.). Autonomy, self-drive and the ability to think creatively.
