Join us to develop and enhance IAM capabilities, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. About the Role Develop and optimise IAM platform capabilities, ensuring security and efficiency. Support access reviews, automation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with teams to design, implement and deploy secure identity solutions. Duties As a Senior IAM Technical Engineer, you will: Develop and enhance IAM platform capabilities to meet business and security needs. Support and execute user access and privileged access reviews. Identify requirements and document processes, integrations and system workflows. Implement automation strategies to improve security and operational efficiency. Ensure IAM solutions are compliant, well-documented and aligned with best practices. Oversee application deployments and participate in go-live activities to ensure success. Skills & Experience 5+ years experience as a Technical Engineer, DevOps practices, or similar role in the Identity and Security. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience. Experience in reviewing deployment approaches and automation. Experience with relevant certifications in development/administration of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Thycotic. Experience with Role Based Access Controls, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privilege Access Management. Knowledge in infrastructure technologies AWS, UNIX, Windows, AD, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
