Responsibilities In this role, you will: Leverage your technical experience in End User Computing (EUC) to provide third-level support across desktop and endpoint computing hardware, software environments and business applications. Identify and implement infrastructure uplifts and modernisation opportunities in cloud technologies. Involve in modernising the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and services that are critical to the organisation's success. The position is responsible for: Accountable for level three technical escalation point in addition to timely identification, management, and escalation of risks and issues for relevant service area(s) of responsibility. Responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of relevant standards, procedures, guidelines, and documentation for relevant service area(s) of responsibility. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and service providers in the design, build, testing, and deployment of contemporary modern workplace end user computing solutions and business applications for relevant service area(s) of responsibility. Provide subject matter expertise for assigned projects and provide technical recommendations for solution delivery, risk mitigation, and/or issue remediation for relevant service area(s) of responsibility.
