What You'll Do Work cohesively with hybrid case teams on general IT and digital transformation projects Provide technology advisory services to clients across various industries Align business and technology strategies to deliver impactful insights and outcomes Assess current technology landscape, define target state, and develop transition roadmaps Assist in defining and driving implementation of technical architectures and proof of concepts Design innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems Analyze complex IT solutions, optimizing the full software delivery lifecycle Facilitate workshops to identify and formulate business and IT requirements Drive innovation by leveraging cross-industry views on technology trends Manage and influence multiple client and stakeholder relationships, including senior executives. What You'll Bring 3-6 years' experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy Experience within an architecture domain (solutions, applications, or big data) Understanding of architecture principles and modern data platforms Broad digital/technology skills and knowledge Good understanding of emerging digital/tech topics across industries Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and conceptual thinking Excellent communication, client-facing, and consulting skills Strategic mindset and presence Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Flexibility to travel within SEA/Asia Pacific region Additional Info Diversity of thought, background, and experience is key to BCG values.
