Green Light Worldwide is looking for an accomplished Senior IT Recruitment Business Development Manager who has exceptional networking abilities to join our close-knit Canberra Delivery Team. The Senior IT Recruitment Business Development Manager will be a strong communicator and able to demonstrate a successful track record in IT Recruitment Business Development and Account Management. The right person will be creative in ensuring both the company and individual targets are met or exceeded by selling the full suite of service offerings including consulting services, professional services, managed services, and project services. The Senior IT Recruitment Business Development Manager will be a professional, building and defining business within the ACT marketplace, using networks and strengthening relationships with mid to C-level/VP decision-makers. This is a true client-facing sales opportunity supported by Professional, Managed, Consulting, and Pre-Sales colleagues, ensuring delivery of services into Tier 1 and Tier 2 client base, which will give you the opportunity to sell genuine services. Responsibilities: Responsible for truly understanding the customer’s business drivers, technical issues, and procurement and selection process, to ensure Green Light is uniquely placed to provide best market value to the customer. Continue to build a strong Green Light presence within ACT delivering the following: Develop & maintain relationships with senior and C-level/VP executives, understanding respective focus areas, value drivers, and strategic priorities to develop a strategic roadmap of initiatives. Apply an applicable sales methodology to understand customers and win their business. Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure appropriate qualification and consistency of delivery to all service lines. Requirements: A background in IT Sales or IT Recruitment delivering Staff Augmentation solutions. An ability to build strong relevant business cases to share and create excitement and demonstrate the value of Green Light in solving customer problems by focusing on one-on-one and one-on-many interactions with key decision-makers. Subject matter expert in technology sales with detailed understanding of client’s business models, economics, and value drivers. Proven track record identifying significant client problems and engineering genuine business value by engaging early at the right levels of the organization to build portfolios of significant value. Strong business acumen & financial skills with proven history in managing a pipeline of solid opportunities. An ability to navigate, build and develop strong internal and external networks.
