You will be working within a team of IT Analysts assigned to a specific portfolio, your focus will be to build and maintain key business partner relationships within the business, and to drive improvements with key customer stakeholders. You will be accountable for translating complex business requirements into IT solution deliverables, with a focus on Transport functions but with a clear understanding of warehouse processes. Working with the team of analysts, you will oversee configuration, testing and implementation of the solutions within agreed timeframes and to defined budgets. You will proactively support and drive the efficient and effective resolution of IT problems and incidents impacting the portfolio, with a focus on preventing reoccurrence in future. Taking a key part in driving the strategic direction of the IT solutions, aligned with the relevant regional and global directives, you will also be accountable for IT account management functions. You have the following qualities & qualifications: Project management experience with technical and 3PL/4PL industry specific business knowledge Supply chain systems experience, with an Oracle Transport Management application Relevant experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience in systems integration design, configuration and/or support Experience in delivering IT solutions to external customers and dealing with stakeholders at a senior management level Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
