Senior Immigration Lawyer / Registered Migration Agent / Legal Consultant Dojo Legal Australia is a boutique Untraditional Australian Legal & Migration Specialist Law Firm based in South Western Sydney. We are inviting an experienced Immigration Lawyer and Registered Migration Agent to join us and fulfill our mission. IDEAL CANDIDATES: Working alongside an Australian lawyer director with over 20 years of experience. Have at least 4 years’ industry experience as Immigration Lawyer or RMA including experience with Visa 482, ENS 186, Regional 494, Training visa 407, and Labour Agreements and DAMA visa sponsorship. SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary in the range $100K to $150K + Super (Depending on Experience). Plus Bonus for high performing achievers. ROLE DESCRIPTION In this role, you will: Provide legal advice and representation in immigration and other legal matters. Prepare and lodge applications for various visa categories including but not limited to employer-sponsored, family, and skilled visas. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legal and immigration law and policy. Attend client meetings and deliver exceptional client service. Collaborate with and train other team members to improve legal processes and overall service offerings. Comply with all internal processes. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Dojo Legal's visibility and reputation. Develop and implement strategies for business development, including networking, marketing, and client engagement to expand Dojo Legal's client base. TO JOIN US, YOU MUST: Have at least 4 years’ experience as a RMA/Immigration Lawyer including experience with Visa 482, ENS 186, Regional 494, Training visa 407 and labour and DAMA agreements. Current MARA licence or Practising Certificate. Ability to manage a caseload of 30-50 files independently. Have confidence in your ability to make a change in people’s lives through your strong commercial acumen and ability to manage challenges as they arise. Curiosity, a passion for challenges, and a willingness to learn from experiences. Self-motivation, self-management, and a can-do attitude. Proficiency in legal industry writing requirements in English.
