About the role: Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced adviser to join our team as a Senior Independent Financial Adviser. We are looking for someone that’s committed to putting the needs of their clients first and delivering exceptional value through the advice they provide. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive client-facing financial advice and will be responsible for servicing existing and new clients. This is a full-time role, but we would consider part-time arrangements for the right person. There is also flexibility to work from home 1 day per week once established. Mandatory requirements: FASEA qualified with a bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum of five years' experience in a client-facing financial advice role. Proven experience providing holistic advice on a wide variety of advice areas including superannuation, investments, and personal insurance. The role is based in Canberra but we offer flexible work arrangements including the freedom to work from home one day per week. Preferred experience: Working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients and complex strategies including family trusts, companies, and tax structuring. Commonwealth defined benefit schemes (including the PSS, CSS, MSBS, and DFRDB). Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). What we offer: Competitive remuneration dependent on skills and experience.
