This job is high-trust and high collaboration so we want someone who works well in teams, but can also work unsupervised. A big part of this role is being able to proactively pursue clients in your accounts and campaign for their best outcomes and deliverables: Full-time (we're flexible with hours, as there will be international timezones to work with) Base salary of 120 - 125k At least 3 years of experience Emphasis on previous data and consultancy skills, specifically in road transportation and road infrastructure, particularly in applying connected vehicle data to solve complex transport problems What you’ll do Proactively pursue, find, and execute on transport use-cases using Compass data to leverage existing and new investments Provide advice to Compass clients on the application of connected vehicle data Work with the data scientist and software teams to campaign internally for your customers' interests Work with the civil engineering team to bring multi-disciplinary insights to customers The Perks: We work out of UTS startups - it's a great place to meet others in the startup world, take advantage of free events, and Friday drinks We have flexible working arrangements About you: We're looking for someone who is a go-getter, self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently. Ideally, you've worked at a transport consultancy or in a similar type role dealing with transport data and turning them into meaningful outputs for transport agencies. You may have even worked for one of the transport operators. You have been front and center in client engagements, have seen a raft of different use cases and have a good standing in the industry. You're looking to move to something more flexible, fun, and want to have impact at scale. You may have even worked with Compass data before. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year Work Location: In person, with flex for hybrid after probation.
