The Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Integration Manager on a 12-month Max Term contract to join our team in either of our Melbourne, Sydney, or Perth offices. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our pending acquisition, focusing on planning and delivering the IT components of the integration, and will be responsible for managing, operating, and rationalizing 230 systems. What you’ll be doing day-to-day As the Senior Integration Manager your role responsibilities will also include: Defining Product Vision and Roadmap to drive outcomes Develop integration plan and strategy for various elements of the IT ecosystem – for example customer portals, sales systems, etc. Develop a clear priority order to roadmap delivery, agreed across business and technical teams. Work with Mission teams and business stakeholders to create and execute detail plans to support integration. Rationalise the IT landscape where possible to reduce cost of ownership while improving user experience, security, performance. Have a clear understanding of the Vocus strategy, and the implications for product roadmap. Maintain a set of metrics that inform integration progress. Manage delivery within agreed timeframes Manage timely refinement of project activities to support effective planning. Manage team delivery through the quarter, taking appropriate tactical actions to maintain delivery timelines without degrading quality. Identify and escalate key risks / decisions to maintain delivery timelines. Maintain ways of working consistent with Vocus standards. Ensure teams works within the System of Work and provide input to support continuous improvement. Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Understand how data is used within business processes and its impact on desired business process outcomes. Please also note there might be some interstate travel required dependent on business needs. What you’ll bring to this role 10 Years demonstrated experience in large Transformations, with roles across the development lifecycle At least 3 Years demonstrated experience in the Telecommunications sector, working in a scaled agile environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent with business analysis processes and ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders. Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal and external customer experience. Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficiencies. Well-developed relationship building skills. Able to work and deliver to committed timeframes. Strong leadership characteristics. Experience working with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft office products. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Information technology, engineering) Agile certifications, Product Owner, SAFe Carries out work and dealings representative of Vocus Values and Code of Conduct Demonstrates proactive teamwork and collaboration with others Ability to maintain effectiveness during periods of change in work responsibilities or environment An ability to always maintain a positive outlook and working attitude.
