About the Role Join our FCO team in an exciting opportunity as Senior KYC Refresh Analyst and play a crucial role in enhancing our Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) processes to ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations. You will support the Team Leader in managing team operations, including coaching, development, and support for new employees, and handling complex KYC cases and escalations. This customer-facing role involves conducting outbound and inbound calls to ensure customer details in our core banking systems are accurate and up-to-date. You will act as the first point of contact for complex KYC queries and supporting team members in achieving technical competency. Responsibilities include workload allocation, preparing management reports, supporting ad-hoc projects, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information. You will independently manage assigned cases, deliver on targets, promote an inclusive and positive culture, and exemplify BOQ Group values to contribute to our purpose of Building Social Capital through Banking. About You You have experience with KYC refresh initiatives and a sound knowledge of AML/CTF legislation. You are a team player with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of detail orientation. You can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You maintain confidentiality, take accountability for decisions, and are highly adaptable to the changing needs of the business and its customers.
